international sports public relations, marketing and communications agency Sports Impact has appointment of Bryce Ritchie as its new commercial manager as the agency continues to expand its global footprint and strengthen its commercial operations across multiple markets.

Ritchie, 47, brings a wealth of industry experience to the role, having spent more than two decades with bunkered, one of the UK’s leading golf media publications. During his tenure as editor, he oversaw editorial strategy, developed major brand partnerships and played a key role in driving the publication’s commercial evolution across all media platforms. His deep understanding of sports media, content and commercial strategy positions him ideally to support Sports Impact’s fast-growing international client base.

“We are delighted to welcome Bryce to the team ahead of what is going to be a big year for the agency in 2026,” said Natalie Collard, CEO of Sports Impact. “His proven commercial acumen and reputation within the industry will play a crucial role as we continue to scale globally. Bryce’s appointment reflects our commitment to bringing in top-tier talent to support the increasing demand for our services worldwide,” she added.

In his new role, Ritchie will lead commercial strategy for new and existing clients and help drive partnerships across golf, sports technology and active lifestyle sectors. He will also support key clients as Sports Impact expands its integrated marketing, PR and content services into new territories.

“This is an incredibly exciting time to join Sports Impact, and I can’t wait to get started,” said Ritchie. “The agency has a long-standing track record of working with clients for many years, which speaks to the strength of the relationships the team builds. At the same time, they continue to attract globally recognised premium brands and deliver exceptional work across golf. I’m looking forward to contributing to the next chapter of the agency’s growth and helping build on the strong commercial foundations already in place.”

Since 2001, Sports Impact has delivered bespoke marketing communications services to clients across the globe. Specializing in golf while extending its expertise to football, rugby, tennis, and skiing, the agency crafts carefully thought-out strategies, as well as advises on tactical advertising and cost-effective sponsorships to deliver standout exposure.

The company’s current client portfolio includes Brand Fusion International, Csara, Duca del Cosma, Galvin Green, Golf’s Greatest Holes, KBS, Meldrum House, Motocaddy, Murrayshall, New Balance Golf, Par Up, Prostate Cancer UK, Sun Mountain and Wilson Golf.
