UGolf Bluegreen
has further enhanced its status as Europe’s largest golf course operator after adding Valescure Golf and Tennis Club to its growing network of clubs in France.

The world’s fifth biggest golf club management company has strengthened its presence in the country’s south-east region after finalising an agreement with the historic French venue’s owners, the Najeti Hotels and Golf Collection group.

Founded in 1895 and situated between Cannes and Saint-Tropez, Valescure Golf and Tennis Club is the oldest course in the Var region and fifth oldest in France, with the short but challenging 5,019 metres, par-68 layout having been designed by legendary golf architect Harry Colt.

Under the terms of the new partnership, UGolf Bluegreen will work closely with the club’s owners across an array of areas including increasing golf participation numbers, making golf more accessible for the disabled and developing the French golfing stars of the future.

Valescure Golf and Tennis Club becomes the third club in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region to join UGolf Bluegreen, after UGolf Avignon Châteaublanc and Golf Bluegreen Sainte-Maxime.

In addition, it is the second venue owned by Najeti Hotels and Golf Collection Groupto partner with UGolf Bluegreen this year after Aa Saint-Omer Golf Club, venue for the Open de France Paragolf and the Open Challenge Tour.
