The Revenue Club Customers Generate Double Digit Growth In 2019

The Revenue Club has ended 2019 on a high following another impressive year of growth for the industry’s online visitor golf specialists. Over the course of the year a further 40 courses have signed up to the service to take their customer base to 120. The business was launched by Duncan Rougvie and Chris Knight in 2017 and has quickly grown from start-up status to become the biggest digital marketing agency in the UK golf market.

As the UK’s only revenue management service for golf clubs, it has scaled considerably in the last year, adding a range of digital services to their core offering. The combination of dynamic pricing and online marketing is delivering impressive sales results across the country, despite the challenging trading conditions.

‘Many of our customers had identified the potential to make more from their online sales but were struggling due to lack of capacity or expertise within their business.’ said Rob Corcoran, Director at The Revenue Club. ‘We’ve helped them use their tee sheet technology to generate additional revenue through dynamic pricing, targeted digital marketing and market leading reporting to provide vital feedback on their sales performance.’

In the last year The Revenue Club’s customers have had access to their new market leading reporting suite REPORTS.GOLF, which puts information at the fingertips of managers and operators so that they can make easy and informed decisions on their pricing and overall strategy. The system illustrates that new clubs to the service experienced an uplift in online sales of 45% and generated an average of £35k in online sales in 2019, despite such a wet autumn and changeable summer.
