The European Golf Owners Association (EGCOA) is a not-for-profit organisation that was founded in 2004 by national owners associations of Germany, France, Holland and Denmark. The three main goals are to act on behalf of the owners – the supply side of the golf industry – to run the businesses in a more professional way and to grow the game of golf and the golf industry
There are members in 12 European countries and 5 of them also have their own national association. The board has strong representation from all participating countries.
