Golf Accountancy Matters, the outsourcing golf club accounts and bookkeeping specialist, has announced details of its second Workshop & Golf Business Conference.
The event, to be held on February 27th at Kingswood Golf & Country Club in Surrey, will include presentations from leading industry figures as well as the team at Accountancy Matters, who’ll be sharing the latest best practices when it comes to golf club accounting and bookkeeping.

The first event, held in February 2024 at Hadley Wood Golf Club, was extremely well received – but the 2025 incarnation is set to be even better.
In addition to the team at Golf Accountancy Matters presenting on best practices and new technologies in accounting and bookkeeping, the Kingswood event will see a number of guest speakers attend, details of which will be announced over the forthcoming weeks here on GolfBusinessNews.com.
Speaking of this year’s event, Paul Mould, Director, said: “We’re really looking forward to welcoming our valued clients to Kingswood on February 27th. We’ve secured some really interesting speakers who’ll be sharing their knowledge of the golf business and adding an interest perspective to the event.
“Sharing the best practice of nearly 50 clubs is becoming so powerful for our clients. We’re really building a community of golf club bookkeepers and accountants – it’s great to be part of. More and more clubs are turning to us now to improve their financial management, remove the often-single point of failure and reduce the reliance on overstretched volunteers within the club.”

The company, founded in 2018, has grown significantly over the last 18 months and is well on its way to 50 clubs, including prestigious venues such as St Georges Hill, Huntercombe and St Enodoc to name a few. In 2024, it opened its Midlands & North office, headed by experienced golf operator Tim Gilpin. Services offered to its clients go from outsourced payroll solutions through to full accounting and finance reporting.
