9.31am 8th November 2013 - Management Topics

FORE Business websiteRapidly growing networking group “FORE” Business, which mixes golf and business to help professionals to build meaningful business connections in a more natural and relaxed environment, is launching their first BIG Networking Event at Belvedere House, Basingstoke on Thursday 21 November between 10 am and 2 pm.

Delegates from across Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey have already started booking their places at this free event. The event will  include structured networking, a light lunch and inspirational guest speaker Adrian Pike, who has famously taken his business, Anesco, from £0 – £100 million in just three years! Rising star and critically acclaimed comedian, Neil Kelso, will amuse and delight guests fresh from his West-End debut, and a summer spent headlining at international festivals to crowds of 150,000+.

Of course, it wouldn’t be “FORE” Business without some kind of golf element involved. Delegates are encouraged to bring their putters to take part in games, trials and competitions throughout the day. Dan Godding from the PGA Euro Pro Tour, Tour Pro – Stuart Archibald, and Golf Principles Ltd will also be at the event and available to advise on technique and answer questions.

Sean Fergusson, co-founder of “FORE” Business, explained: “Historically a lot of useful business contacts have been made on the golf course. People are fed up with the pressure, cost and inflexibility of modern networking groups. We’ve created a much more natural and effective, low-pressure model and this event will be no different. Delegates who come to this event will meet lots of useful contacts, they will feel relaxed and they will find it useful and enjoyable. That’s the whole idea behind “FORE” Business.”
