This month sees the return of the Irish Golf Expo, Ireland’s largest golf exhibition, with a new official vehicle partner, TrustFord. Now in its second year, the expo will be taking place at the Eikon Complex, Lisburn on 28th and 29th November, offering golf enthusiasts from across the region the opportunity to take part in a unique interactive golf experience, supported by the biggest names in the golf industry.

As well as having a full range of Ford vehicles on display, including the iconic Ford Mustang, TrustFord will be launching the brand new Ford Vignale; demonstrating why its sleek design, premium comfort and outstanding performance make it the perfect car for any budding McIlroy or McDowell.

TrustFord will also be hosting a variety of fun activities to entertain guests, including the eight-bay TrustFord Driving Range where visitors can perfect their swing. There will be live demonstrations of Ford’s innovative technology, including active park assist, where the vehicle can parallel and perpendicular park on its own, as well as the new voice activated Bluetooth SYNC 2 Navigation system. These will take place from TrustFord’s stand within the Eikon Complex where of course visitors can book a test drive in any of the vehicles on display including the new Mustang and Vignale.

Commenting on the partnership, TrustFord’s General Manager, Dermot Rafferty said: “We are very excited to be associated with such a fantastic event, which really is one of the world’s best golf exhibitions. Our new Ford Vignale really is the perfect vehicle for golfing enthusiasts – not only is it spacious enough to accommodate all of your equipment, but its stylish design means it will fit in at any premium club house. The Irish Golf Expo is the perfect location to show it off for the first time.”

Stewart Kyle, Co-founder, Irish Golf Expo added, “We are delighted to welcome TrustFord on-board with this year’s event and are looking forward to seeing the superb range of cars which will be on display.

“TrustFord is one of the biggest names in motoring so as a brand it deserves a big platform. As the largest golf show in Ireland we are happy to provide that platform.”

Stewart continued, “It’s a testament to the quality of the Irish Golf Expo that all of the biggest names in the golf world and beyond have chosen to take part in this show. It’s thanks to brands such as TrustFord that the Irish Golf Expo is the not-to-be-missed event that it is today.”

Supported by leading brands including American Golf, TrackMan, Bridgestone, Mizuno and TaylorMade-adidas Golf, this unique event features many attractions including club demos, professional lessons and workshops, crazy golf greens, an American Golf tour truck experience, simulators, retail, food and travel zones. Appearing at the show for the second time will be David Edwards, the world’s leading trick shot maestro who will be demonstrating his astonishing moves.

The Irish Golf Expo is the only event in Ireland that gives golfers the chance to get up close and personal with the latest equipment, gadgets, and golfing accessories. Tickets for the event are £10 per single adult and this includes a free green fee for one of a number of participating clubs from across Ireland. Children under age 16 can attend for free.
