Trick Golfer Jeremy Dale

Jeremy Dale, one of the world’s leading trick shot artists, has been named as a co-presenter of O2 Golf LIVE at Stoke Park Golf Club, Buckinghamshire 14-16 May, 2010.

Dale, along with Di Stewart of Sky Sports and the BBC’s Shane O’Donoghue, will join a host of top names from the golfing world, including Ryder Cup captain Colin Montgomerie, players Paul Casey and Ian Poulter, as well as leading coaches David Leadbetter and Denis Pugh.

“I’m very excited about being a part of O2 Golf LIVE,” said Dale, who has experience as a television presenter. “I’ve been impressed with the whole idea and I know the event has captured the golfing public’s imagination. I’ll be introducing and interviewing players, which I’ve done a number of times before, as well as doing my own trick shot show.”

As an ambassador for Cleveland Golf, Dale will also be hosting short game clinics on the Srixon-Cleveland wedge game arena.

It’s the first time that such an event has been held at a golf club and an audience of 4,000 fans a day will get the chance to meet, talk to and get a close up view of some of the greatest names in the sport.

Starting out as a right-handed player, Dale transformed his golf, and his career, by learning to play left-handed and has managed under-par rounds both ways. He went full time with his remarkable trick shot show in 1997 and has performed in 30 countries on six different continents.
