American Golf has already promised to bring the biggest brands in golf to the North West on 27th and 28th February. Now, after months of negotiations, Europe’s leading golf retailer is proud to announce the famous faces who will be on hand to entertain the whole of the family over the coming weekend.

As well as officially opening the show, Sky Sports presenter, Amy Lewis, will be Master of Ceremonies throughout the weekend. Amy, who is a keen golfer, will be hosting interviews on the main stage and compering the Fashion Shows across the weekend. Visitors to the Academy Stage will be in for a treat with tutorials from American Golf’s own You Tube sensation Ricky Gray; Euro Pro Tour Coach Dan Whittaker; and European Tour Coach Damian Taylor.

Working with the likes of Pablo Larrazabal, Jamie Donaldson and most recently Marcel Siem, Damian is rapidly becoming globally recognised as one of the most exciting, dynamic young coaches available today. Dan has built his reputation on breaking down the complexities of the swing to teach it in its most simplistic form. Both Dan and Damian will be bringing some special guests along on Saturday and Sunday to help demonstrate how these top class coaches have helped improved their games.

In between the coaching sessions Tricky Rob will be entertaining the crowds. Brown, aka Tricky Rob, is no ordinary golf pro. PGA Professional for a number of years at venues including the Forest of Arden and Wycombe Heights, his career changed forever when his manager challenged him to develop a trick shot show on the back of a client request.  Since then his act has grown into one of the largest of its kind in the UK.

With all this and more the Golf Show by American Golf promises to be a FREE fun packed day out for all the family. There are fantastic prizes for the Long Drive, Long Putt and Nearest the Pin competitions which will run throughout the show. Kids can get their first taste of the game in the Kids Zone, challenge Mum and Dad to Crazy Golf or have a go at go karting. To register simply visit www.americangolf.co.uk/events
