The International Golf Course Equipment Managers Association (IGCEMA) to deliver the IGCEMA Virtual Trade Show, a three-day live event where suppliers, dealers and customers can gather for meaningful business development and relationship building.

Held in a robust Internet-enabled convention center, the IGCEMA Virtual Trade Show is set for 11-13 May and features 3D booths where suppliers can distribute product information, display videos, conduct meetings and engage in sales discussions with attendees via e-mail and chat tools.

“We are excited to partner with IGCEMA and deliver the industry’s first virtual trade show,” said Patrick Roberts, Publisher of Golfdom which is supporting the event. “The platform offers rich communication tools that foster a collaborative meeting place where suppliers and their customers can meet, learn and make buying decisions.”

The IGCEMA Virtual Trade Show’s target attendee audience is golf course equipment managers and technicians, superintendents, and others who play a role in purchasing equipment and products for their golf course. The draw for attendees is they can enter a trade show-like experience in the comfort of their offices or homes free of charge. This is an especially appealing opportunity for those who cannot physically attend an industry show or conference due to budget cuts.

The show’s target exhibitors are leading suppliers or distributors targeting golf course equipment managers, technicians or superintendents with their products or services.

“Initial interest from the supplier companies we’ve contacted so far has been very positive,” said Stephen Tucker, Chief Executive Officer of IGCEMA. “Toro, Jacobsen and John Deere Golf are on board as event partners and we expect other industry leaders to join them, not only because we aim to deliver them a global audience of buyers, but because we’ve made the process of getting booth set-up easy and seamless.”

The event is live for three days and archived for 90 days. During the live event, live chat opportunities are available.

IGCEMA is dedicated to expanding the education, enhancing the professionalism and improving the image of the golf course equipment manager and turf equipment technician worldwide.
