Toro, a leading worldwide provider of innovative solutions for the outdoor environment, has been selected as the exclusive turf and irrigation partner of PGA Frisco.

As the worldwide leading manufacturer of golf course maintenance equipment and irrigation systems for more than 100 years, Toro has a deep appreciation for the game of golf and the industry, which increasingly prioritizes environmental sustainability and performance.

“With the strong support of our distributor partner, Professional Turf Products, we’re confident that we can successfully provide a high standard of turf maintenance equipment, irrigation solutions and quality service for PGA Frisco,” said Brad Hamilton, Group Vice President, of The Toro Company. “It’s a tremendous honor to be supporting PGA Frisco, and we look forward to working with an iconic brand in the game of golf.”

“We’re thrilled to partner with Toro as their products and innovation will help achieve our vision for PGA Frisco,” said PGA Senior Director of PGA Properties Jimmy Terry. “We are excited to work with the great team at Toro, as we complete golf course construction in the summer of 2021.”

PGA Frisco will feature two championship golf courses, a world-class practice facility, a lighted short course, a coaching and performance academy, and a lighted 75,000-square foot putting course that will serve as the modern home for golf and positively impact future generations of golfers. The golf facilities are scheduled to open in August 2022.

The Omni PGA Frisco Resort will be the premier destination for golf enthusiasts, families and business travelers alike with 500 rooms and villas, 127,000-square foot conference center, full-service spa, multiple pools, dining outlets and a golf experiential village. The Omni PGA Frisco Resort facilities are scheduled to open in the Spring of 2023.

Last year, Toro was named a Worldwide Supplier for the Ryder Cup through 2029.
