Timbers Resorts has announced its partnership with Kiawah Development Partners (KDP), the South Carolina company behind the five star luxury Doonbeg resort in West Clare.
Timbers Resorts has launched a new private residence club at Doonbeg. The club which will be called The Links Cottages at Doonbeg will allow residential interest ownership in one of Europe’s most desired golf and lodging destinations.
Established in 1999 Timbers Resorts is the world’s leading developer of small private luxury resort properties including private residence clubs, boutique hotels and club communities. Timbers currently have properties in the US, Mexico, Italy and the US Virgin Islands. The Timbers collection provides reciprocity between its various properties.
The Links Cottages at Doonbeg are situated on the Greg Norman designed links golf course which was named the world’s “Best New International Course” by Golf Digest in 2002. Membership of the new residence club at Doonbeg will afford members use of the golf course, the spa and all of the dining facilities. It will also ensure that members can access all of the members’ only areas in the golf club.
