Following the successful Golf Investment and Development Conference in October in Warsaw, Swan Golf Designs has signed an agreement with Universe Golf Properties to work together on potential projects in Poland as well as in other Central European countries.
Maciej and Olga Kawecki, partners in the golf project and property company are at the forefront of the real estate and golf development market not only in their native country but in neighbouring Czech Republic, Hungary and the Baltic States and are keen to see their portfolio enlarged and added to.
Swan Golf Designs have, as yet, never worked in Poland although have looked at many potential projects, none of which have materialised into an implementation stage.
Howard Swan, Principal Architect at SGD adds: “I am delighted to team up with the Kaweckis and to have the chance, with their invaluable local knowledge and network, to look at designing new courses in Poland, and elsewhere in Central Europe.
