Snainton Golf opens new site at revamped Keele Driving Range

Independent golf retail experts Snainton Golf has expanded its portfolio of venues to 22 following the opening of the new-look Keele Golf Centre in Staffordshire on November 15.

PGA Professionals John Hinchliffe and Peter Ritchie are bringing their extensive retail expertise and an investment of over £350,000 to

create a best-in-class golf and leisure experience at the newly-named venue.

The official opening was attended by the Mayor of Newcastle, Councillor Simon White, who took the opportunity to try golf for the first time on the state-of-the-art range, which features 20 Toptracer Range bays.

The centre, which also boasts a refurbished pro shop and a small café area, has a team of four PGA Professionals on hand to offer lessons and custom fittings.

Co-owner Peter Ritchie said: “The range at Keele has been an important part of the golf community for the last 25 years, so we are delighted to be able to build on its success. We are confident that by bringing TopTracer Range to Keele we will be giving golfers and non-golfers alike a fantastic a new experience.”
