The Cabot Collection, developer and operator of luxury resort and residential golf destinations around the world, has announced the official opening of Cabot Saint Lucia, a 375-acre golf and residential estate that occupies a one-and-a-mile stretch of coastline overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
Located on a spectacular 375-acre peninsula at the northern tip of Saint Lucia and offering ocean views from every corner of the site, Cabot Saint Lucia offers residents and guests exclusive access to amenities and experiences curated specifically for the destination.
At the heart of the property lies Point Hardy Golf Club, featuring an 18-hole championship Coore & Crenshaw golf course. Additional amenities to follow include a beach club and restaurant, clubhouse, luxury residences and wellness and fitness facilities.

Point Hardy Golf Club
Perched above the Atlantic Ocean and designed to blend seamlessly with the unique topography of the Saint Lucian landscape, Point Hardy Golf Club is the crown jewel of the site. Renowned golf course architects Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw’s first Caribbean course winds through lush terrain, over rocky cliffs jutting into the ocean, and along meandering valleys and sandy beaches.
With nine holes – 6-9 and 14-18 – playing along the ocean and every hole showcasing mesmerizing views, the 6,561-yard course capitalizes on natural beauty and playability at every turn.
The closing four holes are particularly breath-taking, with the 15th offering a 340-yard par four which requires a water carry from the tee. Back-to-back par threes follow, with the 16th just 138 yards over a cove and the 190-yard 17th featuring a green that sits above a rocky inlet. The final hole is a par four that curves along the coastline.
The par-71 course, which debuted at 76 in GOLF Magazine’s coveted Top 100 Courses in the World’ ranking, is the first course in Saint Lucia to make the prestigious list and the highest ranked original design among the new courses on the list.

The Short Course at Point Hardy
In addition to the 18-hole course, golfers will also be able to challenge themselves on The Short Course at Point Hardy Golf Club, which will be designed by Trevor Dormer. This yet-to-open pitch-and-putt course will be set up for maximum flexibility and will have the ability to accommodate different routing options. With six target greens, 3-, 6-, and 9-hole routings can be created, giving the opportunity to practice various shots with different clubs.
Clubhouse plans
The clubhouse, which is scheduled to open in 2026, will span three levels and feature panoramic views. The first level will include a bar with a terrace, while the second level will be home to men’s and women’s changing rooms and a club restaurant. On the third level, an array of entertainment options awaits, including a games lounge, a bowling alley, golf simulators and a theatre.
