“I am very proud of our achievement at A1; Southwest Greens by Nicklaus design have once again delivered a stunning green, which performs superbly well in all weather conditions, “said Warren Bailey.

“We worked closely with Ivan at A1 listening to his desire for a practice green that would stand out from the crowd and provide the best facility for the golfer wishing to improve both their putting and chipping.

“I understand the N1 Golf Pros are very excited to have this practice green at their disposal for coaching and I envisage a lot of interest for membership.”

The new golf green is open 9am to 9pm during the summer and 10am – 7pm during the winter at £5 per hour or £98 per annum (for unlimited use). A1 Golf Centre is located adjacent to the A1 motorway and within five minutes of the M25 Junction.
