New Zealand leads with wholly organic world-class practice facility

Intturf co NZ site1International Turf Company has re-commenced their work on the construction of a wholly organic and extensive golf practice facility for a private client at their estate in New Zealand following groundbreaking in December 2013.

Working with golf course architects Golf Design Scotland and the New Zealand Sportsturf Institute, International Turf Company are the lead golf consultants and construction management providers.

Following a recent site visit, Jonathan Pendry, Managing Director of International Turf Company, commented, “Our team is now well into the second phase of works with construction completion anticipated in April. Located on the South Island in true ‘Lord of the Rings’ country and part of an existing retreat, this entirely organic project will set the benchmark for sustainable golf development in the country.”
