IMG has announced that Kytäjä Golf has become a Prestige+ client, offering strategic sales, marketing & PR services to the prestigious Finnish club.

Located a half-hour north of Helsinki, Kytäjä features two award-winning golf courses, the South East and the North West. Both were designed by the renowned Canadian architect Thomas McBroom.

With the upgrade to Prestige+, Kytäjä Golf will have access to a range of unique marketing services and opportunities, which includes expert support in multiple areas such as PR campaigns, tour operator relationships, extensive media coverage through IMG Prestige global channels and access to unique media partners.

Russell Hannah, Vice President at IMG Golf Course Services, commented: “We’re extremely proud to see a club that was already part of the network taking advantage of the new Prestige+ platform of services. We’re looking forward to working more closely with Jukka and his team as they take further advantage of IMG’s global resources and industry expertise.”

Jukka Koivu, CEO at Kytäjä Golf, commented: “IMG has been at the forefront of the global sport management sector since 1960 and as a business we felt that it was the right time to develop the relationship further. We’re a forward thinking club and are always looking to bring new ideas and concepts to Kytäjä, so we look forward to working more closely with the IMG team.”

Within the property, Kytäjä offers nine villas with panoramic views to the lake, which are available to rent during the season. The villas are the perfect option for groups and families, as they can accommodate up to 12 people.
