Williams Racing Golf, the ultra-premium brand of customised golf clubs linked to the famous F1 team, has selected Brand Fusion International to distribute its products throughout the UK and Ireland.

The agreement covers the Williams´ Players and Gold Series of drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons (steel & graphite), wedges and putters, plus branded bags and umbrellas.

“We see great potential in the Williams Racing Golf range, with its hi-tech innovations and precision manufacture backed by the highly-competitive F1 team,” said Nigel Freemantle, Managing Director of Brand Fusion International, based in Leatherhead. “Our sales team will be looking for retail partners who can also see potential in such a premium range that promises to deliver good margins as its profile increases in the months ahead,” added Freemantle.

Since Williams Racing Golf (WRG) was re-launched with an entirely new range of clubs and price points in 2012, it has seen sales grow steadily in Asia and North America, as well as Continental Europe. WRG crafts the golf clubs in Barcelona, where both its latest products and the Williams Martini Racing F1 cars are tested for performance levels on a regular basis.
