ProQuip launch winter cold pack promotion on accessories

ProQuip Golf, the preferred supplier of weatherwear to The 2014 European Ryder Cup Team, is marking the launch of a new range of winter golf accessories with a discounted promotion for golf retailers.

The Scottish weatherwear and apparel company is introducing water repellent accessories to its 2014 collection, including waterproof bucket hits, 100 per cent Italian Merino Wool beanie hats – in black or navy – and water repellent mittens with triple wadding for extra warmth and comfort.

ProQuip is offering retailers a special discounted package on winter accessories when orders are placed before January 14th, 2014.

All ProQuip winter accessories are treated with its exclusively engineered water repellent European fabric technology – designed to enable water to bead up and run off the surface of the products, keeping the golfer warm, dry and comfortable.

Introductory Winter Cold pack includes 6 Beanies and 6 pairs of Mittens for a discounted Gross price of £135 (pre terms). Standard Gross prices:

Packs of 6 Mitts £75

Packs of 6 Beanies £72

Russell Brooks, general manager of ProQuip Golf, said: “This winter has been a mild one so far but judging by long range weather forecasts there is a cold snap on the way.

“We couldn’t have picked a better time to introduce a new range of water repellent winter golf accessories to market, because when freezing conditions hit golfers will value hats and mitts that not only keep them warm, but dry too when it rains.

“This is where ProQuip has a clear edge on our competitor brands. The same rain busting expertise that goes into our innovative waterproofs, wind garments and water repellent knitwear is used in this new accessory range.”

Golf retailers interested in ProQuip’s winter cold pack promotion can order through their regional sales agent or representative, or direct with the company by contacting Gary Porteous:
