Troon Begins The Year With Positive Momentum

Troon logo from websiteTroon has announced a positive start to the first quarter of 2014, completing eight new contracts in just six weeks.

Troon’s global portfolio continues to grow, now representing properties in 33 states and 27 countries with the addition of the company’s latest new deals, several of which will be individually announced in the coming weeks. This introduces Troon to new locations in Alabama, California, Georgia, Kansas and South Carolina.

Internationally, the portfolio now includes Perth, Australia as well as Marrakech, Morocco and France.

Among the eight new contracts includes the previously announced PalmGolf Club Marrakech in Morocco. The championship venue adds to an already impressive portfolio of existing Troon-managed properties in the region, bringing Troon’s total up to eight properties in Morocco.

Two of Troon’s most recent management contracts involve Salina Country Club in Salina, Kan. and Pine Tree Country Club in Birmingham, Ala. Salina Country Club is a century-old private club known for a long and rich tradition of offering activities that attract every member, both young and old. Pine Tree Country Club is a beautiful and versatile private club offering an array of family amenities including golf, tennis, swimming and fitness.
