The Carrick on Loch Lomond

The stunning Carrick on Loch Lomond golf course has quickly established itself as one of the leading new golf courses in the UK, and has added a strategic partnership with Woburn Golf Club to enhance its offer to members.

This partnership will see members of The Carrick receive preferential rates at the renowned Buckinghamshire course, and follows partnerships with two Canadian clubs where members of The Carrick receive reciprocal playing rights.

As well as aligning itself with leading golf venues, The Carrick has also re-defined its membership, which now offers members use of the luxury spa and leisure facilities and ‘Wee Demon’ course at no additional charge. Joining fees have also been removed for new members as the exclusive resort looks to drives memberships forward in 2010.*

Following a partnership being formed with Predator Ridge in Canada in 2009, another of Doug Carrick’s courses has aligned itself with The Carrick on Loch Lomond; Greywolf Golf Course, in British Columbia. Both courses were designed by renowned golf course architect Doug Carrick and, like The Carrick on Loch Lomond, enjoy stunning views across the Okanagan Valley and Panorama Mountain Village.

Closer to home, members of The Carrick can now enjoy attractive playing fees at Woburn Golf Club. The Buckinghamshire resort is a prestigious venue which has hosted the European Tour on numerous occasions, and places the same emphasis on high quality guest services as The Carrick on Loch Lomond.

A number of amenities at Cameron House resort have also been added to the golf membership package and guests will now be able to enjoy all of the golf and leisure amenities at the luxury resort as part of their golf membership. For new members, joining fees have been removed and as well as enjoying full playing rights on the magnificent championship golf course, all members now have full use of the state-of-the-art leisure facilities at the 5-star Cameron House resort, membership to the luxurious spa at The Carrick and unlimited use of the ‘Wee Demon’ 9-hole course.

Ross Whitfield, Director of Golf and Estates Cameron House Resort, commented, “We are thrilled to align ourselves with such high quality golf courses, and feel we offer something unique to our members. There is a lot of competition to retain and gain members in the current economy, and we have made some great additions to our membership packages to ensure our members’ expectations are exceeded. We have world class golf and leisure facilities and the addition of fitness and spa memberships to our standard golf membership gives all of our members the opportunity to take full advantage of all of these.”

Both individual and corporate memberships are available at The Carrick, which include use of the spa at The Carrick, leisure facilities at Cameron House and the ‘Wee Demon’ 9-hole course, as well as unlimited use of the 18-hole Championship course.
