TaylorMade Golf has unveiled a new VIP custom fitting facility at its European headquarters in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
The facility, which will be available for all of TaylorMades’ Tour staff and for hosting new product launches, was designed and installed by Foresight Sports Europe.
Foresight Sports Europe supplied and fitted a 16:10 simulator, complete with fully upholstered panels on the walls and ceiling to provide a luxury finish. The GCQuad, the most-used launch monitor in the industry, will deliver unmatched precision and directly measured ball and club data, to ensure accuracy in every session.
Alongside the golf simulator, the Foresight Sports Europe team also installed a custom putting green and PuttView analysis system. The custom green is the first of its kind in the UK, using CNC-milled contour pads that were designed and manufactured to fit exactly into the space available and provide a variety of breaks and slopes on the green.
PuttView transforms any putting green into an interactive putting environment. With its ball-tracking technology PuttView can project the last putt in real time, directly onto the green. Allowing the user to compare their putt to the ideal line and track their performance.
