The innovative new golf training aid, the Sure-Set, is being heralded as one of the major success stories of The Golf Trade Show 2015, which was held at the Harrogate International Centre last week.
Over 400 golf professionals who attended the show over three days, signed up to become an official Sure-Set Authorised Instructor, with dozens more becoming official Sure-Set Stockists.
Demand for the exciting new training aid, which is designed to help coaches teach some of the most complex movements in the golf swing with simplicity, was so overwhelming that the Sure-Set stand actually ran out of stock halfway through day two.
But that didn’t stop eager professionals and retailers from clubs, shops and ranges across GB&I from ordering the Sure-Set to be shipped to their door.
Sure-Set inventor Dan Frost, who is one of Europe’s elite coaches and Director of Instruction for the PlayGolf group, said: “We were absolutely thrilled with the positive feedback we received from professionals visiting our stand the show. It’s very humbling to see my product, the Sure-Set, being praised and the support that we received from the PGA professionals was overwhelming. I look forward to working closely with coaches to maximise the benefits of the Sure-Set.”
Dan’s Sure-Set design came about in his search for a way of transforming the learning experience for golfers from an analytical one, often complicated by technical thoughts, into something very simple that they can feel and trust. He took his prototype out onto the Tour for feedback and out of that the final product was developed. After attending 20 events globally this year the training aid is now being used by over 100 Tour professionals and many of the world’s leading instructors.
