ProQuip has added to its growing stable of brands by acquiring exclusive distribution rights to Zero Friction products in the UK and Ireland.
The deal will see ProQuip stocking a range of innovative high-performance accessories from the US-based company, including the patented Zero Friction Tee, the leading performance tee on the PGA Tour, with over 70 victories to date.

The UK range will include one-size-fits all compression gloves, Storm rain gloves, performance tees, matte-finish coloured balls and multi-product blister packs that are ideal for the gift or corporate golf markets.”
ProQuip will use its existing sales team of agents across the UK to market Zero Friction products to green grass retailers, on-course and off-course accounts.
Among the current Zero Friction product line up is a one-size-fits all compression glove that boasts stretch-fabric compression technology for bespoke fit and exceptional comfort.
The glove range will include a pre-book option on a new GPS enabled distance measuring glove that speeds up play by providing pinpoint accurate yardages on the back of the glove. ProQuip also expects the ZF Storm all-weather rain gloves to perform well alongside its award-winning selection of waterproofs, wind tops and weatherwear. The Storm gloves become tackier the wetter they get, providing outstanding grip and control when playing in the rain.
The Spectra high-matte finish coloured golf balls are expected to do well on the back of the growing trend for high visibility and personalised golf balls, while a selection of ZF accessories is available in blister pack super tubes that include performance tees, compression gloves and Spectra balls.
