PowaKaddy appoints new MD

Leading electronic trolley company PowaKaddy International Ltd has announced the appointment of Scott Anderson as the company’s new Managing Director.

Anderson, who brings extensive experience in premium consumer brands, joins PowaKaddy from Bang & Olufsen, where he was brought in as Managing Director to lead the UK & Ireland team to transform the business performance. 

Anderson had previously accrued substantial experience with tech giants Logitech and Sony, building a wealth of knowledge and skills. This included leading sports partnerships and marketing, as well as driving growth through strong retail and trade relationships. These will prove invaluable in his new role at the world’s leading electric trolley brand.

Anderson. who moves to PowaKaddy as a results-oriented international business leader, with a strong desire to deliver growth, said: “I am delighted to be joining PowaKaddy as Managing Director. PowaKaddy is a household name in golf, and it’s clear to me that the company stands at the forefront of the golf trolley industry both from technological and customer experience standpoints. If only I had a PowaKaddy to help when caddying on the links on the west coast of Scotland when growing up.”

He added: “It’s exciting to be joining such a prestigious player in the golf industry, and I look forward to help drive the company forward over the coming years.”
