PING hits the road in style

12.10am 21st June 2006 - Corporate

Three brand new Fitting Vans will replace the two existing vans that have been operating in the United Kingdom and Ireland for a number of years. This is part of a major new campaign that also sees the company add one new member to its team of full time specialist fitters.
The new vans will attend a series of pre-arranged demo and fitting days at clubs and golf facilities within their areas.
The new vans have been ergonomically designed to hold an extensive selection of PING’s latest top-selling clubs. They also carry advanced Vector Launch Monitor systems and other state-of-the art custom fitting equipment.
“PING is the market leader in custom fitting and the introduction of the three new vans in the UK and Ireland plus others in France and Germany will help us to consolidate our position,” said John Clark, managing director of PING Europe. “The vans are all staffed by full time specialist staff adept at demonstrating the advantages that come with purchasing custom fitted clubs. We’re confident the Fitting Vans will offer a popular service to wider range of golfers than we have ever reached before.”
Golfers who want to know the whereabouts of PING’s new Fitting vans can log on to www.pingeurope.com and click onto the Demo Day locator.
