The PGA of America already has members working in 35 countries around the world. However, with the growth of golf in emerging markets, an increasing percentage of the potential career opportunities available to PGA of America Professionals will lie outside the U.S.
“The primary objectives of the PGA of America’s new global employment strategy are to identify to employers that PGA of America Professionals are truly best in class, and to share with our members the opportunities that exist globally,” says PGA of America COO, Darrell Crall.
To this end, some of the first efforts in this new partnership have seen CMM produce content highlighting golf’s changing global dynamic, information regarding the challenges of living abroad and developing case studies on the positive impact and experiences that some PGA of America Professionals have had outside of the U.S.
