Perry Ellis Europe has announced the appointment of Stuart Neillie as its new UK & Ireland Regional Manager for its Callaway Apparel and Original Penguin Golf brands.

Stuart’s promotion from Area Sales Manager for Ireland and Scotland will allow the company to continue with its objective of building even stronger business relationships with its customers, buying groups and across the UK’s network of green grass golf professionals.

Helen Willsmer, Brand Director for Callaway Apparel and Original Penguin Golf, commented: “It will be hugely valuable to have Stuart’s market knowledge and expertise within our company’s senior management team. We see huge potential in both brands and we are confident under Stuart’s sales leadership, we will be able to accelerate our growth plans.”

Neillie, who managed a golf retail business earlier in his career, said: “In Callaway Apparel and Original Penguin Golf we have two incredible brands with fantastic product stories that continue to resonate with golfers at retail. We have many opportunities to work closer with customers, old and new, and support the success of their businesses. I’m looking forward to meeting with many of them over the coming months as we commit to building stronger, more successful partnerships across the UK.”
