The merger to turn Nevada Bob’s into the world’s largest chain of golf retail stores will be finalised next month.

The merger, which will combine Nevada Bob’s Canada with Nevada Bob’s Pro Shop and GDH International has been approved by the directors of all three companies.

The shareholders of Pro Shop and GDH have approved the merger and a meeting of the shareholders of Nevada Bob’s Canada was scheduled for September 20.

The new Nevada Bob’s network will initially consist of 247 stores, of which 159 will be franchise locations. The majority of the stores are located in the United States and Canada, and improving and enhancing e-commerce will become a company priority.

Nevada Bob’s Golf’s corporate offices will be located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
