Jacobsen, together with local dealer, Shriro Thailand, recently hosted a demo day to show a selection of the latest and most advanced products to the industry. The event took place at Black Mountain Country Club in Hua Hin, Thailand.
Forty-six participants attended the demo. They came from 24 different golf clubs around the West coast and South of Thailand, including Thai Country Club, Royal Gems, Rajchapruk, Burapha and The Master, a brand-new course near Pattaya. Attendees were able to watch demonstrations of the new Truckster XD and the SprayTek XP as well as a selection of Jacobsen mowers.
Annie Boriraj, Jacobsen’s APAC Business Development Manager, and Josh Gagnuss, APAC Product Support Manager, presented the machinery to the golf club representatives on the Black Mountain Country Club course. Commenting on the day, Annie said: “The demo day has been a huge success. Everyone has shown a real interest in the products, and we have had numerous requests for quotations and on-site demonstrations.
“We were able to showcase a range of machinery, including the Truckster XD, the SprayTek XP, the Eclipse II 122F and GP400 greens mowers and the LF550 light fairway mower. We were pleased to demonstrate a selection of the best machines available on the market, and it is always rewarding to hear such positive feedback from people who perhaps have not used Jacobsen machinery before. It has been a fantastic experience to share these cutting-edge products with the industry in Thailand, and we hope to follow this up with many more demo days in the area.”
