London based Heather and Links, manufacturers of exclusive, top-of-the-range scorecard holders have announced the appointment of leading specialist marketing agency Golf Marketing Services (GMS) to manage their launch PR.

A family-owned business, Heather and Links manufacture arguably the most beautiful scorecard holders available, using only the finest leathers, silks and skins to create a truly quality product.

An illustration of the products quality, Wentworth Club will be the first exclusive golf resort to stock the holders, which will feature the club crest. They will also offer tailored, requested options for corporate events.

Additionally the UK’s most exclusive store, Harrods, will now be stocking the holders, further emphasising their class.

Speaking on behalf of Heather and Links, Jonathan Chandler, Managing Director said: “You only have to look through GMS’ client list to know that they’re the only option when it comes to golf marketing, so I’m very excited to be on board with them. Their experience of both the UK and European markets will be invaluable to us as we roll out our product launch.”

The agreement is yet another important acquisition for GMS, following the recent deals with SkyCaddie, Foremost and Kopplin & Kuebler International, and is a further example of the company’s policy of working with top-quality products.

Speaking on behalf of GMS, Director Neil Gray, said: “We’re delighted to be able to work with what is obviously a premium product, unmatched for quality in the market. Heather and Links have developed a highly original new take on an old product. They have some great ideas for how to develop the range and also how to personalise them for the corporate and resort markets”
