PowaKaddy International, world leaders in powered golf trolley technology, this week won a prestigious Gold Award for Achievement in Health and Safety.
The Peninsula Award reflects a company’s commitment to achieving excellence in health and safety matters over a period of time. For this reason, Peninsula’s award is widely regarded as being more difficult to attain than, for instance, the British Safety Council equivalent.
PowaKaddy was one of only around 45 companies, out of 6,500 hopefuls nationwide, to be honoured in this round of the twice-yearly awards scheme.
Managing director John de Graft-Johnson commented, “PowaKaddy is committed to ensuring that we follow ‘Best Practice‘ in matters relating to our employees, especially with regard to health and safety. Accordingly, both the management and employees of PowaKaddy are delighted to receive this recognition.”
PowaKaddy International Ltd is owned by European Golf Brands, the world’s largest manufacturer of electronic golf trolleys.
