Golfbreaks.com logoGolfbreaks.com, Europe’s golf travel specialist, has once again been awarded the coveted Investors in People Gold standard, joining the top 7% of accredited organisations across the UK that believe in realising the potential of their people.

The award confirms the Windsor-based company’s position as one of the country’s best employers and part of an elite group of UK businesses to have reached that level of attainment.

“We are absolutely delighted with the Gold award, which only a small percentage of organisations achieve,” said Andrew Stanley, Chief Executive of Golfbreaks.com. “ We are firm believers that a business is only as good as its people, and we do all we can to make sure all 147 of our staff are managed, trained, developed and led in the best possible way. Investors in People is the UK’s leading people-management standard and exists as a business improvement tool designed to help all kinds of organisations develop performance through their people. It provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.

The Gold award recognises achievement in business practice and marks organisations as being at the forefront of people management and development. To secure Gold, a rigorous assessment is undergone – including 24 staff interviews, with Golfbreaks.com meeting 186 of 196 required standards.
