Fast-growing DSG TAG is is recruiting again, for a £23k position at its Oxford HQ.

The company, which specialises in GPS systems for golf cart and golf machinery fleets, is looking for an Installation & Customer Support Technician to help it deal with its growing business in the UK and beyond.

DSG TAG Systems International Limited ( manufactures and sells GPS devices for tracking, security, and course management to the golf and leisure sectors.

Recent case studies at The Warwickshire, Skibo Castle, Powerscourt and The Old Head have shown how golf club managers see tangible benefits after DSG has ‘tagged’ their golf cart fleets.

The position of Installation & Customer Support Technician is open to all interested individuals at a salary of £23,000. An interest in golf is important, with computer and people skills essential. As well as dealing with a fast-growing UK business, the new recruit will also help to grow DSG TAG’s international customer base.

The Job:

  • Provide excellent customer support, service and training to the DSG TAG customer base
  • Assist in resolving customer technical issues via telephone / remote computer support, email and site visits
  • Office based with some travel to golf courses

The Candidate

  • IT / computer skills with email and internet knowledge
  • Can easily connect with customers over the phone and by email
  • Enjoy working in an international environment
  • Outgoing person with a sense of humour
  • Be an excellent communicator
