Golf retailers are being offered the chance to take advantage of significant discounts on the popular Greg Norman Collection, while stocks last.
Barrelfield Golf Europe, the collection’s exclusive UK & Ireland distributor, took on the contract earlier this year and, as part of the transition, acquired a substantial quantity of both men’s and women’s apparel.
National sales director Ross Hastings explained: “As always, when a company changes its distribution network there was a quantity of up-to-date stock which was effectively left in limbo. We have negotiated a price for a substantial amount of basic items, including polos, sweaters, trousers and performance jackets, mainly from the current spring/summer collection, and we are now in the envious position of being able to pass on those savings to our grass-root accounts.
“We have already received a number of orders from existing clients so the quantity and type of product available will vary according to how quickly the enquiries are made.”
He added: “Our sales team will also be out and about in a couple of weeks able to take orders for the 2013 autumn/winter collection and the 2014 spring/summer collection, which, we are sure, will prove as popular as ever among British golfers.”
