The Explanar golf swing trainer has been identified as a great rehabilitation tool for those injured troops returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. In partnership with the American charity Golf Supports Our Troops, Explanar has installed over 25 Explanars in hospitals across the USA.

Tony Clark of Explanar said, “We were approached by Brian Coleman of Golf Supports Our Troops to assist with the physical rehab of returning troops and pledged our support to this worthy non-political cause. We’ve already seen tremendous results with improvements in balance, rotation and core strengthening with both golfers and non-golfers!

“I think what excites me most is the social rehab value of golf enabling them to participate in a sport in which they can compete with able bodied golfers. From a network standpoint too golf is invaluable”.

Brian Coleman commented, “Explanar Golf has been extremely generous and we hope that this is a rally call to others in the industry to help these young men and women and their families through extremely difficult times”

Explanar is increasingly popular with special needs groups, including the blind and those with autism.
