Keith Dicker, a stalwart of the golf industry with more than 25 years of experience, has joined the UK sales team at luxury golf shoe brand Duca del Cosma to accelerate the growth of its flourishing business across the South of England.
Having been instrumental in seFng up Duca del Cosma’s impressive EMEA distribuJon network featuring a variety of retail outlets in 23 countries, Keith is looking forward to helping more golf retailers gain extra sales and healthier margins on Duca’s award-winning shoes.
“I am extremely excited about joining the Duca del Cosma UK sales team,” said Keith. “These are very exciting times for this great company and growing the brand in this key UK territory is pivotal to our success. The South of England remains an extremely affluent area and it’s my aim to convince more high profile and premium retail outlets to stock our shoes and help make their businesses even more profitable at the same time. I’m really looking forward to reuniting with Sales Director Tony Eccleston, with whom I previously worked at Hi-Tec, as well as his highly experienced sales team that I know very well,” he added.
Keith began his career in the golf industry in 1996 as a rep with Hippo, before being promoted to UK Sales Director between 1999 and 2005. He ran his own golf sourcing and supply chain company with a business partner until the recession of 2009, before taking the role of Golf Category Manager at Hi-Tec until 2014. After working with Sunice and Tommy Hilfiger Golf, he joined Duca del Cosma as European Sales Manager in January 2020.
Since that time, Keith has helped to open accounts across Europe at prestigious courses such as Marco Simone in Rome, venue for The 2023 Ryder Cup, and Le Golf National in Paris, venue for the 2024 Olympics. He was also responsible for sourcing the range of matching leather gloves to accompany many of the top-selling premium Duca shoes.

Earlier this year, the first Duca del Cosma Women’s Performance Centre opened at the Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club in south-west London that boasts the largest female section in the country. Duca’s distinctive men’s and women’s range is also on prominent display at prime stockists such as Wentworth Club and Silvermere.
