Crossover Technologies Announces Educational Webinars for Retailers

5.38pm 16th July 2014 - Corporate

PrintCrossover Technologies, a leading supplier of retail management solutions to the golf industry, has announced a number of educational webinars to assist retailers in boosting their businesses through the company’s market leading systems and software.

The sessions will be free of charge to all Crossover customers, with two staged in July followed by another two, pre-Golf Show specials, in September.

The first sessions, on July 23 (at 3pm) and July 30 (at 11am) are titled Search & Destroy: Why Now is the Perfect Time to Identify your Slow Moving Stock and Create Some Cash. The focus of this webinar will be on how retailers can use their Crossover systems and XPos software to identify dead stock along with the best ways to clear it.

Phil Barnard, Crossover Managing Director, said: “If retailers can give us just 30 minutes of their time, we will be able to show them how we have helped other users of the systems to create more than £6,000 cash for their business.”

The second webinar sessions will be held on Wednesdays, September 17 (at 3pm) and September 24 (at 11am) and are called Pre-Show Primer: Get Ready for your Best Buying Show Yet. This session will focus on how retailers can utilise their XPos systems to create the perfect buying plan ahead of The Golf Show at Harrogate International Centre from October 7-9.

“Webinars are the perfect opportunity for our customers to receive expert, short and concise training on the Crossover systems and software to help them identify the key metrics to drive their business forward,” added Phil Barnard.

“Each webinar will be between 20-30 minutes long and our team of experts will ensure there is time left at the end for a question and answer session, so everyone will be able to ask questions tailored to their needs.

“There are limited spaces available for each, and bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis. These sessions will be free of charge to our valuable customers as part of the maintenance programme.”

As well as the webinars Crossover is also increasing its retailer assistance levels through new High Intensity Training (HIT) sessions, which give customers the opportunity to have individual power training sessions with Crossover’s expert retail coach Derek Thomson.

During these HIT sessions customers will be able to ask Derek any questions and have one-to-one assistance. Once again these remote training classes will be free of charge to all Crossover customers as part of the maintenance programme.
