Crocodile Golf Products has been acquired by a new management team who plan to build on the firm’s 40-year heritage by investing in its staff, plant, equipment and brand.

The company, which manufactures quality cylinders and bottom blades for the grasscare market, has moved its operation from Wolverhampton to Derby and will now be known as Crocodile Precision Ltd.

Incorporating over 40 years specialist technology in the manufacture of replacement cylinders and blades, the products will be uniquely and entirely engineered and made in their Derby factory.

Manufactured using high quality hot rolled British Steel, Crocodile Precision combine the best available material specifications with precision grinding and heat treatment processes to create their supreme performance bottom blades and cutting cylinders for the amenity and golf markets.

With an unfailing commitment to service and customer confidence, Crocodile Precision operates to the highest international standards. Their range is specifically engineered to fit all of the most popular mowing machines including Jacobsen, John Deere and Toro.

Ian Howard, Director, said: “With a solid reputation as one of the leaders in precision engineering, we will be continuing to invest in plant, equipment, technology and personnel in order to grow our market position.”

Marketing will commence imminently with stands at SALTEX and BTME already booked.
