Cobra’s demo blitz

12.20am 10th March 2006 - Corporate

Following on from last years successful ‘Demo Blitz’ launch of the Inertia iron series, Cobra is raising the bar once again with an even bigger tour of the country to mark the launch of the new eagerly anticipated King Cobra Speed Series drivers and fairway metals with what is believed to be the biggest blitz of demo days ever seen in the UK. In just 5 weeks, Cobra demo reps will travel the length and breadth of the country conducting more than 200 demo days.
From March 20th to April 23rd, the nine UK Cobra demo reps will be visiting specifically selected Cobra stockists armed with a vast array of men‘s, ladies and seniors options to ensure that as many golfers as possible get the unmissable opportunity to be ‘fitted‘ to a Cobra club – ‘speed tuned‘ to match their ball speed. Every Cobra demo rep will utilise a Cobra Speed Monitor, developed by Accusport Inc., to measure ball speed and launch angle. Assessing club head speed and distance to instantaneously select the right Speed driver for any individual – perfectly matched to their normal swing!
The new King Cobra Speed Series is the first driver and fairway metal line designed to optimise every player’s unique ball speed for unmatched distance and accuracy. The Speed Series consists of four models, each designed for distinct player types and their specific ball speeds.
King Cobra Speed Drivers have the largest clubface in golf, which, combined with Cobra’s advanced face technology, optimises flex across the entire face for increased ball speed and distance. Then from head to shaft to grip, every King Cobra Speed model is tuned to a specific player profile to increase their ball speed, distance and accuracy.
King Cobra Speed Drivers and Fairway metals are available in the following models – X/Speed, F/Speed and M/Speed. M/Speed Drivers are also available in Women’s and Senior’s models. In addition, Cobra offers an XX/Speed Driver, which is the club of choice for the Cobra Long Drive Team in the US.
