Visitors to the 14th Golf Club Managers Association (GCMA) conference next month will be able to view the new cloud-based ClubV1 administration system from market leader Club Systems International.

ClubV1 was launched in September at a well-attended presentation hosted by Sky Sports’ presenter Di Dougherty and more than 200 UK clubs have already signed up. Club managers who may be contemplating a change will be able to witness the flexibility and security of the system for themselves at the Hinckley Island Hotel, Hinckley, from November 11-13.

The key attributes of the new cloud-based application, include the flexibility of use from any device and location; extensive drill-down capabilities on member and non-member golf and financial activity; radical improvement of competition and handicapping administration; and extensive improvements to member communication and marketing.

Delivered on time, and at considerable investment, ClubV1 offers a three-tier pricing structure, starting with an inexpensive entry-level product for clubs across the UK and Ireland.

Club Systems International will once again be on stands nineto 11 at the GCMA conference, with six members of staff on hand to answer queries and demonstrate the company’s products – not just the outstanding  ClubV1, but also MerlinTouch EPoS;  the new PSiTouch screens, enabling forward booking, competition sign-in, score entry and swipe card transaction history; PSiBoard (Player Score Information Board), a 16:9 widescreen displaying live current information to members and guests; and CSiSites, the website design service which integrates sites with club software.

Club Systems International director Gareth Roberts and UK sales manager Bob King, from BRS,will also be in the hotel’s Paris Suite on Tuesday, November 12, where they will be hosting a presentation – open to all – onthe importance of integration. Therewill also be a prize draw on the stand so bring along a business card or fill in one of the free entry forms.

The 14th GCMA conference titled ‘Team Matters’, will be held at the Hinckley Island Hotel, Hinckley, Leicestershire, from Monday, November11, to Wednesday, November 13, 2014.
