Club Incorporated, the new brainchild of Niall Flanagan, former President and CEO at Loch Lomond Golf Club, has been set up to provide a multitude of golf clubs with the tools to improve business performance and longevity through their wealth of industry experts.

Club Inc. will look to improve clubs’ business fundamentals, initially via a ‘health-check’, followed by an on-going consultancy agreement.

The brand’s aim is to help clubs establish solid foundations with a view to stabilising their business; a much needed asset, particularly through these difficult economic times. For an affordable initial fee of £495, Club Inc. will conduct a frank and thorough assessment of a club’s current situation, aptly named a ‘health-check’. This will come in the form of a structured, clear report.

Following this service, Club Inc. will be able to act as advisors for the golf club for a pre-determined period of time required. This all forms part of the company’s commitment to helping golf clubs prosper in difficult circumstances.

The stable of expert consultants at Club Inc. will cover every essential requirement to run a successful business, including; board/committee workshops, revenue generation, marketing, strategic planning, legal, training, executive search, food & beverage, finance and agronomy.

The company has a website, with all relevant information to hand. Please visit www.clubincorporated.com for extensive material on Club Inc.

Niall Flanagan, who has also worked with the St Andrews Links Trust, Celtic Manor and Wentworth Club, commented on the launch of his new venture: “I developed the idea for Club Inc. because I continually see golf clubs all over Europe fail to reach their potential. This is a huge shame for the industry and certainly a frustration for me. Club Inc. is a means for such clubs to enhance their business and ultimately improve their health.

“We at Club Inc. have the industry experience to boost the profile and profitability of clubs throughoutEurope, ultimately safeguarding their brand for years to come.”
