Callaway Launches ‘Odyssey Month’

Callaway has officially heralded May as ‘Odyssey Month’ to celebrate the achievements of the #1 putter brand in golf.

To mark the occasion, Callaway Staff Professionals, including 2010 multiple tour winner, Ernie Els, and this year’s US Masters champion, Phil Mickelson, can be spotted at events using Odyssey Tour Bags for the month of May, such as The Players Championship at Sawgrass this week and also see Ernie at the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth (20-23 May).

Consumers can also benefit from the No. 1 Putter brand in golf, with a limited edition, in-store promotion starting 1 May. Golfers buying any Odyssey White Ice Putter during the month of May , from participating Callaway Preferred Retailers, will receive a trial pack of the new Callaway Tour i(S) Golf Balls. This will give golfers the chance to experience the crisper feel of the new insert, along with the softer feel of the fabulous new i(S) Golf Ball, already a winning combination on Tour for both Phil and Ernie. A series of daily putting tips from Callaway Staff Professionals, competitions and give-aways, communicated through golf magazines, websites and upcoming Golf Shows and Demo events will also raise awareness of the No 1 Putter in golf.
