Caddi Club, England’s largest network of indoor golf simulators, is reporting growing revenues, growing waiting lists for membership at its four sites in London, along with new staff hires, as the business celebrates its four-year anniversary since launch.
Initially founded as The Chelsea Golf Club, the network has grown to include properties in Fulham, Waterloo, Wimbledon, as well as its original Chelsea location. A fifth site is planned for opening this spring, with the business aiming to open two new venues per year.
The expansion sees the venues regularly interacting with more than 3,000 golfers, utilising Trackman technologies throughout each location to provide an unrivalled golfing experience. With each of the Caddi Clubs also having their own Golf Professional, customers are able to utilise their membership for measured improvements, with expert coaching for all levels of golfer available.
This offering has seen the memberships at Waterloo and Chelsea reach capacity, with waiting lists in operation at both. The Fulham location, situated on the waterfront overlooking the River Thames is nearing membership capacity, whilst also continuing to reserve space for pay & play visitors, and has proven to be the perfect setting for wider groups looking to entertain in the capital.

Caddi Club Wimbledon, the largest, and most recent property to join the network, has already become a firm favourite with members and locals alike, with 12 Trackman bays, a full racing simulator experience (360R), and a large space for hosting events, and a restaurant and bar.
Since opening, the venues have seen more than 20 million shots hit across their venues, cumulating in a forecasted revenue of more than £4 million by the end of 2026. The most popular courses played on the company’s Trackman simulators are The Old Course at St Andrews, Adare Manor, Bethpage Black, and The West Course at Wentworth. Additionally, Trackman’s virtual short course, London Gardens, has been an ideal first introduction to playing golf away from the range for many of Caddi Club’s beginner golfers.

In addition to the expansion in the physical locations, the network has also made several notable additions to the team over recent months. Maria Dunn joined the business at the start of 2026, with a background as an experienced manager of member networks, including Sixes Social Cricket and Coppa Club. She joins the team as Area Manager, overseeing the operational output across the four Caddi Club locations.
Following Maria in February, James Somerside joined the business as Head of Golf. A long-time Golf industry professional with time spent at IMG, TaylorMade and GolfBreaks, James will help to integrate the venues more widely into the golfing ecosystem, creating partnerships with leading brands, while overseeing the golf delivery through Caddi Club’s golf professionals.
Of the journey to date, founder Aaron Lloyd-Goodwin, said: “It’s been incredible to see golfers across London connect with our venues and truly integrate us into their golfing lives. Whether we’re a supplement to their outdoor golf, or the only place they play, we truly feel that we’ve built the most connected community of golfers in London.
“The additions of Maria and James help to set the business up for ongoing success as we look to expand our operations and membership capacity over the coming years. I’m delighted to have them both on board as part of our senior team, helping to shape the Caddi Club business for years to come”.
