Continental Europe’s best selling golf bag brand BIG MAX is introducing Logo printing on a selection of its waterproof and water-resistant golf bags. A process that has traditionally been very difficult to master, BIG MAX has teamed up with a specialist print and branding business in the North of England, who have adapted processes from other industries to perfect golf bag cresting.
“Nobody has really ever been able to perfect cresting on premium bags. It’s a far more difficult process than people expect,” explains Steve Grant, U.K. & Ireland Sales Manager for BIG MAX. “So when we found a company who had an answer for every challenge with the bag cresting process, we jumped at the chance to tie them into an exclusive partnership.”
Through its U.K. distributor Worldwide Golf Brands, BIG MAX has secured an exclusive partnership for golf bag cresting with the long-established specialist. Using proprietary techniques for heat transfer printing that are designed to withstand industrial laundry processes, BIG MAX are able to put any logo on a golf bag to magazine quality standards of print.
One of the first venues to take delivery of club crested BIG MAX bags is MacDonald Portal Golf & Spa. Director of Golf Ross Astley sees the addition of cresting to the BIG MAX offer as a real benefit to several parts of their business.
