Bernhard and Company is one of the world’s most influential forces in the presentation and quality of turfgrass. They have always supported major international events. Their globally recognized sharpening systems are used in many eminent venues across the world such as Wembley Stadium, PGA Championships at Wentworth Golf Club, East Lake Golf Club, Gleneagles Golf Club for the Solheim Cup and Le Golf National. Bernhard and Company clearly know what is needed to help turf professionals take it a step further.

As well as their leading presence in sharpening systems, they are bringing more knowledge to turf specialists to improve their playability through world class education and training courses.

On June 11th, 2019, Bernhard and Company launched the Academy at the factory facilities in Haverhill, Suffolk. It is set to become the hub of knowledge for the turf industry and a center for promoting education to Turf experts around the world.

Working in partnership with Mow-Sure Training Ltd, the Academy aims to train customers, technicians and distributors’ sales team to promote turf health, cutting precision and superior playability and eventually learn how to get the most out of Bernhard’s product range.

This accredited training will be delivered in several different formats from hands-on training, to theory based or online learning. A wide range of modular and short courses are available too.

Readers can register interest for these courses as of today. Please do not delay as these places are only available on a first come, first save basis. For more information on how to register your interest, please visit: www.bernhard.co.uk/academy
