American Golf, Europe’s number one golf retailer, has appointed specialist marketing communications agency, Medi8 Limited, to manage its golf PR. The relationship starts with immediate effect.
“At this point in the brand’s development we felt it was important to recruit a specialist PR company who not only understands our business, but also understands our customers,” commented Daniel Gathercole, Head of Marketing at American Golf.
He continued, “Medi8 has established a great reputation in the golf industry and came highly recommended. We are really looking forward to working with them and have no doubt that they will deliver a PR strategy that will communicate our key messages in a creative way.”
Medi8’s role will extend beyond press office management. The company will develop and deliver strategic PR campaigns that will support retail and consumer marketing initiatives and position the American Golf brand as one that delivers value, expertise and the widest product range available.
Medi8 will also be responsible for implementing an integrated social media campaign to support all American Golf marketing campaigns.
