Greg Norman Collection is launching new technically advanced outerwear that feature impenetrable protection against the elements. Available in a choice of classic colours, GNC’s PlayDry Waterproof Outerwear includes sealed seams, waterproofing and breathability as standard, blending performance, luxury and syle.
This new range includes long and short sleeved corded weatherknits and a superb waterproof pullover in 100% microfibre with ¼ zip mock neck, waterproof zippers and storm cuffs ( srp £79.99 ). A well-devised waterproof seam seal jacket in 100% micro soft waterproof breathable fabric includes a full length waterproof zip, zip-off sleeves for flexibility of wear, a laminated outer membrane which repels wind and rain and a mesh interlining to release excess heat ( srp £89.99). A desirable waterproof packable pullover is a weightless addition to any golf bag and a must-have for any autumn outing ( srp £59.99) and a waterproof rain pant includes a comfortable half mesh lining combined with a seam sealed shell fabric, waterproof pocket zippers and a leg opening extension for easier water run off ( srp £55.99). All available from this summer.
Meanwhile this summer around 50,000 golfers are taking part in the new Greg Norman Collection Medal. Running until the end of July, the GNC Medal is designed to support spring/summer sales right at the till and all GNC accounts have been offered the chance to take part in the men’s and ladies‘ challenges.
Those participating retailers have been given bumper packs of branded posters, hats and tees – as well as GNC money-off vouchers for every participant. The money-off vouchers alone add up to almost £325,000. The top 48 winners and their pros will attend an extra-special Grand Final at the Westin Turnberry Resort in October
