Jumeirah Golf Estates installs touchscreen digital noticeboards

Smarter, more user-friendly member communications arrive at one of Dubai’s most prestigious golfing destinations

Jumeirah Golf Estates has taken a significant step forward in digital innovation and sustainable operations with the installation of GC Media’s cutting-edge Touchscreen 2.0 digital noticeboard platform.

Three high-impact touchscreens have now been installed across the estate, with two 75-inch digital displays in the men’s and ladies’ locker rooms, and a further 32-inch screen in the pro shop, creating a centralised and accessible communications hub for members, residents and visiting guests.

Designed specifically for premium golf venues, the GC Media Touchscreen 2.0 platform replaces traditional paper noticeboards with a sleek, digital-first solution – enabling clubs to communicate in real time, promote upcoming tournaments and social events, share course updates, and keep members fully informed in a more engaging and environmentally conscious way.

Crucially, the platform also offers offsite accessibility, allowing members to view all communications from the club remotely. Whether at home, at work or travelling abroad, members can now stay fully connected with what’s happening at the Club – ensuring they’re always in tune with club news, course updates, social events, and important notices.

“At Jumeirah Golf Estates, we are constantly looking for ways to improve how we connect with our members and guests, while also reducing waste and enhancing the overall experience,” said Club Manager Daniel Naudo. “The GC Media platform allows us to do just that -delivering timely, relevant information in a visually engaging and environmentally responsible way.”

This latest investment forms part of Jumeirah Golf Estates’ broader commitment to innovation, sustainability and operational excellence, and positions the club as a regional leader in embracing modern technology to elevate the golf club experience.

“We’re proud to be working with Jumeirah Golf Estates – one of the world’s most iconic golf destinations – and support their vision to bring club communications into the digital age,” added Ben Phillips, Director at GC Media. “These screens will help make communications more effective, more visible, and ultimately, more engaging.”

The Touchscreen 2.0 platform is already in place at over 100 golf clubs across the UK and India and is rapidly expanding internationally as clubs seek smarter, paperless ways to deliver essential communications and enhance the member experience.
